CAFÉ CARACOLILLO SUAVE SUPERIOR
Only a
small percent of coffee beans develop to rounded shape, with one
bean taking the space of two flat beans. These beans are known
for their more pronounced flavor. CARACOLILLO SUAVE SUPERIOR is a
selection of the best peaberries of our crop.
SELECCION DEL CATADOR
During the crop, each small lot of coffee is tasted and evaluated by our certified cupper. Once this process is done, he will select a few lots for having exceptional characteristics worthy of roasting on their own. Enjoy the unique taste of this lot.
RESERVA DE DON QUIQUE
The RESERVA DE DON QUIQUE (Don Quique’s Reserve) honors the uncompromising work of our Board President. His selection is taken to a full city roast which emphasizes the chocolate understones and sharpness of the beans. Discover its great aroma.
FLOR DE LA COSECHA
FLOR DE LA COSECHA is characterized by a medium roast. A highly aromatic coffee and intense flavor distinguish this selection. The degree of roast allows for its depth to be tasted in the cup.
MADRE 19
Yauco Selecto’s specialty coffee process equipment classifies beans by size. The Madre #19 bean size is our largest bean offered. A London house buys most of it for its augmented taste and creaminess.
ESPRESSO ROMA SELECT
The perfect combination of our bean selection taken to the EXPRESSO ROMA SELECT roast and grind, creates a well rounded cup with great body. Our Italian clients have described Yauco Selecto as one of only three coffees in the world worthy of serving as an unblended espresso.
